A Kid Like Jake at Benchmark Theatre

I am so excited to announce my next project here in Denver! 

This Winter, I'll be playing the Nurse in Benchmark Theatre's production of A Kid Like Jake, directed by Warren Sherrill. The play follows Alex and her husband, Greg, who want only the best for their precocious four-year-old, Jake. When they apply to New York City private schools, part of what makes Jake special - his passion for Cinderella and dress-up - starts to cause concern. This is a story of a husband and wife trying to do right by their son.

Benchmark is committed to thought provoking productions that nourish respect for our fellow humans, and this play is so deeply honest and compelling, it is sure to fit the bill. Many thanks to my classmate Thomas Varga for letting my know about the audition! Warren is his mother's cousin. What a beautiful, small world we live in.
